Delicious for breakfast 😋 large variety of healthy or indulgent menu options, several vegetarian options clearly marked also. We had the chilaquiles, oatmeal with fresh berries, orange juice, "umbrella not provided" juice (blend of pineapple, pomegranate, ginger juices, orgeat and sparkling soda), and coffee with room for milk. I wanted to order many more items! The service was the best part, prompt, efficient, welcoming and cheerful. Thanks so much for a wonderful meal!

This establishment is well executed on almost fronts. Inside seating with a long bar, outside seating close to the pool, both clean, airy, and perfect for enjoying a meal. Service is a little slow, and that seems to be the norm in all casino restaurants. Prices are too high, especially when portion size is taken into account. Twenty-five dollars for an egg sandwich is an excellent indicator of how out of control things are in Vegas these days.

Salt & Ivy gets it - not just outstanding food, but amazing, friendly, and responsive service. Staff mentioned the daily special, which I had forgotten about and was very glad to be reminded of because it was terrific. And more important, from the moment after we received a bagel with salmon instead of the avocado toast with salmon that I actually ordered, several different staff - including their general manager, who personally brought the avocado toast - came by repeatedly to check on us to see how we were doing, and ensure we were pleased with everything, meal and service (which we were). And our main server Ayaka was so incredibly friendly and personable, and never rushed us away from the table. I've been to Salt & Ivy several times and their food has always impressed. Today, their food was terrific, but the staff's service and attention to us as customers was too notch, absolutely an A+. If you're ever in Las Vegas, you must come check out Salt & Ivy - they're as good as, and likely better than, any breakfast or lunch you will get anywhere in the Las Vegas area. 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow. I cannot even describe how much I enjoyed this establishment! The only downside was their menu had too many stellar options to choose from that it was so difficult for me to decide! My comrades and I basically had the outdoor area to ourselves, and gosh oh golly how we adored the ambience! The food is absolutely stellar.

I've been to Salt & Ivy twice - both times there was a very long line to get in. My friend has status at the hotel, so thankfully we were able to skip the line. Otherwise, expect to wait on weekends / large Vegas conference & conventions for at least 10 - 20 minutes for a brunch. The first time I went I had the chicken and waffles, which were tasty. Definitely not the best chicken and waffles I've had, and I found the sriracha peppers to be a unique choice in the dish.. The second time I had some scrambled eggs and the waffles - this was a much better dish compared to the chicken and waffles. I'd give the chicken and waffles a 2/5 and I'd give the pancakes + eggs a 4/5 (overall 3/5 on food). I found the service to be very attentive - we always had water and they were very keen on our empty plates. Very friendly staff. I would go back again and likely focus on traditional breakfast items (eggs, sausages, bacon, etc).
